Firely Pediatric Home Care provides skilled nursing services for Pediatric clients in their homes. Receiving Medicare and JCAHO Certifications, we continually strive to maintain the high quality of service initiated when the agency opened its doors in 1998. Additionally, we contract with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists.

Eligibility

Medically fragile children who have ongoing medical needs are eligible for our services. A physician’s signed letter of medical necessity will be required to authorize nursing services. Firely Pediatric Services encompasses a case management team approach for all clients.

Case Management

A registered nurse will manage each child’s care plan and make home visits twice a year (or as needed), to ensure all documents at home and in the main office are correct. The case managers will act as an advocate for the clients and families as well as deal with any concerns between the families and their nurses. The case managers will work with the child’s physician to create an individualized plan of care as well as maintain ongoing support of each child’s individualized physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy plans. Firely Pediatric Services is committed to meeting the needs of our clients, and will do everything possible to provide all of the coverage prescribed.

Nursing Services Include:

Seizures, apnea monitoring, pulse oximetry/oxygen therapy, respiratory care, pulmonary therapy, diabetic management, glucose monitoring, blood draws, and other physician prescribed therapy.

RN & LPN PEDIATRIC PRIVATE DUTY SCHOOL NURSING SHIFTS:

Nurses accompany children to school, providing 1:1 care as prescribed.

HHA (HOME HEALTH AIDE) SERVICE:

Firely Pediatric Services will provide trained Home Health Aides to care for your child in the home or school setting.

RN & LPN PRIVATE DUTY SHIFTS IN THE HOME PROVIDING CARE FOR CHILDREN WITH A VARIETY OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
                Daily assessments
                Medication administration
                Trach/Vent
                Enteral feeds/Feeding therapy
                Central lines/Blood draws
                Ostomy Care/Wound Care
